Our Our Social Event Planning & Design service is the optimal solution for the Client that wants a dedicated, trusted event partner during their entire Celebration planning process. Our team will take care of all the logistical and design elements so you can focus on hosting your Celebration and having a great time!
This is for any event that is not wedding focused such as Private Dinners, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, Retirement Celebrations, Sweet 16’s, Surprise Parties, and anything else you want to celebrate!
What Can I Expect?
Our process begins with a conversation with you where we will review all of the important and detailed aspects of your entire Celebration. We will discuss your Event Goals, Stylistic Preferences, Color Palettes, Food & Beverage Service, Budget and every detail associated with your Celebration. Once we gather all this information we will begin planning!
Our phased approach is inclusive of the following but not limited to:
Providing Venue recommendations, based on your personal style and preferences and performing site visits of your selected venue
Recommending and reviewing contracts for entertainers, musicians, ice sculptures, tent providers, and all other vendors necessary for your Celebration
Developing a detailed Design Plan for every aspect of your celebration
Selecting fine china, flatware, stemware, and linens for your tablescape, as necessary
Creating a comprehensive room layout and floor plan to show the position of guest tables, lounge furniture, staging, and bar
Facilitating and attending vendor meetings with the caterer, florist, entertainers, etc.
What Do I Receive?
As we get closer to the date of your Celebration, we will create a detailed timeline for you and your vendors. You will also receive a comprehensive Design Plan that incorporates your personality, style and event goals. This will provide you with a sneak peek as to what you should expect on the day of your Celebration. Additionally, we will ensure all your transportation needs (i.e. shuttles and luxury vehicles) and guest room blocks are arranged and confirmed, as needed. On the day of your Celebration, we arrive as early as needed to oversee every vendor’s arrival. This allows us to identify potential issues that may arise and develop mitigation plans before they turn into larger problems. After your event ends, we will completely break down your venue and return it to its original condition so you can go home and not worry about cleaning up! Our goal is to ensure you are able to host your guests and create priceless moments. On the day of your event, you only have three responsibilities: Show Up, Party Hard (and Responsibly!) and Have an Amazing time… We will take care of the rest!
